Why agents refer buyers to us
- Published, fixed prices. Every price on our website includes VAT. Buyers get an exact figure before they call, with no surprises later.
- Quick inspections and reports. Reports are typically issued within 5 working days of the inspection, or within 2 working days with the express option.
- We arrange access with you. Tell us who holds the keys or how to contact the seller, and we do the rest. We keep appointments and confirm them in writing.
- Progress updates, with permission. If your buyer agrees, we tell you when the inspection is booked and when the report is issued. We do not share the report itself.
- A surveyor who explains. We offer every client a call to go through the report, so concerns are talked through rather than left to worry about.
- Non-standard homes understood. We have surveyed No-Fines, PRC, timber-framed and cross-wall homes. See our non-standard construction guides.
Our independence
We work for the buyer. Our advice is independent of the sale, the seller and the agent. We have no ties to repair contractors or damp-proofing firms, and we do not provide valuations. Our fees are the same however a client finds us, and any referral arrangement is disclosed to the client in writing before they instruct us.
